Why NewLexi
Many apps teach isolated words and phrases you never meet again. NewLexi is built on a simple idea: you remember what you read, hear and use in context, and you keep it if you review it at the right moment.
So every word you save becomes a flashcard, shows up in AI stories at your level, and comes back for review just before you would forget it. The goal is a short daily routine that actually moves you forward.
How the method works
- Spaced repetition (SM-2). Each card is scheduled from your own answers, from "again" to "easy".
- Comprehensible input. AI writes stories and dialogues with your vocabulary at your level; tap any word for a translation.
- Grammar by CEFR level. Lessons and exercises from A1 to C2, so rules become automatic.
- Active practice. A sentence builder, a writing trainer where AI checks and gently corrects you, and free chat with on-the-fly correction.
- Daily plan and streak. Everything comes together in one plan for the day, so learning turns into a habit.
Content is generated automatically, so the AI can make mistakes. If you spot one, let us know.
Languages
NewLexi supports 11 languages: English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Greek, Serbian and Turkish. In the app you pick a pair: the language you learn and your native one.
Who makes NewLexi
NewLexi is built and run by Dmitrii Bodakov and Anna Bodakova, a small independent team based in Italy. There is no big company or investors behind the app: product, design and support are handled by the two of them directly.

Privacy and business model
NewLexi has no ads. Core features are free; AI generation and extended materials come with a subscription you can cancel at any time. We never sell data to third parties and follow the GDPR. Analytics on this website runs only with your consent. Details are in the privacy policy.
